Cookie policy
Last updated: 8 September 2026
This policy explains storage and tracking on officephonebooths.co.uk, operated by Office Acoustics Ltd. Questions can be sent to enquiries@officephonebooths.co.uk.
Your choice comes first
Optional analytics and advertising are off by default. Accept all, reject optional tracking, or customise each purpose using our banner. You can reopen Cookie settings in the footer at any time. Rejecting cookies does not prevent you from browsing, requesting a quote or requesting the specification sheet.
What we store
- Essential preferences: oa_cookie_preferences in your browser’s local storage records your selected purposes, the date and notice version. It expires after 180 days, when we ask again. It contains no name or email address.
- Analytics, only with permission: Google Analytics may set _ga and _ga_* cookies to distinguish visits and sessions. We configure a maximum cookie lifetime of 180 days. Google receives technical and usage data such as device information, page visits and successful enquiry events.
- Advertising, only with permission: when Google Ads measurement is enabled, _gcl_* cookies can remember ad-click information, typically for up to 90 days. Google may also store ad-click information in local storage under _gcl_ls; we remove this when advertising consent is withdrawn. Advertising data can associate an ad interaction with an enquiry. Personalised advertising requires a separate choice.
Google Consent Mode v2
We use Basic Consent Mode. Google tags do not load before optional consent or when you reject all optional purposes. Analytics storage, advertising storage, advertising user data and advertising personalisation are controlled by your selections. Our form-tracking events do not contain names, email addresses, phone numbers, company names or message text.
Changing your mind
Use Cookie settings to withdraw consent. We update the tracking preferences, remove accessible first-party Google cookies for the purposes you reject, and refresh the page to stop previously loaded tags. You can also delete cookies and site storage in your browser. Withdrawing consent does not undo processing that occurred before withdrawal.
Who receives data
Google provides analytics and advertising measurement. These services may process data outside the UK. Read Google’s privacy policy and Google’s business data protections. Our hosting provider Vercel processes technical requests needed to deliver and secure the site. See our privacy notice for information about enquiries and your rights.
