Start with the calls your team makes
A single-person phone booth gives individual calls and video meetings a separate setting within a shared office. Consider how often people need it, the length of a typical call and whether they prefer to sit or stand. Compare space, equipment and comfort
Check the usable interior as well as the external footprint. Consider the work surface for a laptop, the position of power connections and whether seating is included in your chosen configuration. Review lighting and ventilation alongside the acoustic specification. Where possible, try a booth with the equipment you normally use for calls, including your camera and headset.
Choose the right level of acoustic privacy
An enclosed booth is not automatically completely soundproof. Compare the acoustic information supplied for each model and ask which test method and configuration it covers.
