Some conversations need more than a spare chair beside a desk. Camden is MEAVO’s meeting-pod range for two or four people, giving small groups a shared place to sit, talk and work through an idea. Choose the size around the meetings you hold most often, rather than treating every conversation as a boardroom booking.

Use Camden Four for conversations involving up to four people. Think about laptops and documents as well as the number of seats when choosing the layout.
Hybrid collaboration
Bring remote colleagues into the discussion with a suitable conferencing setup. Check that the camera can see every seat and that shared content is readable.

Face-to-face seating
MEAVO lists two upholstered benches and a working table. The facing arrangement gives colleagues a shared surface for laptops, notes and the conversation between them.
Lighting and airflow
The manufacturer describes LED lighting and ventilation operated by a motion sensor. Ask how the controls and ventilation should be used for your expected meeting length.
Meeting-ready connections

It is worth considering for small meetings involving remote participants. Before specifying it, confirm screen mounting, camera placement, microphone coverage, network access and which accessories are included. The booth and the video-call setup need to be considered together.
