Made for the working day
Not every call is a quick call. The MEAVO Workstation is a seated, single-person focus pod for work that asks you to stay a little longer: a presentation, an online workshop or a concentrated piece of writing. It gives those sessions a place of their own, while leaving larger meeting spaces available for groups.
Build a repeatable setup for calls where you need to listen, present and take notes. Consider the position of the screen as carefully as the seat.
Create a place to work through a proposal or prepare a presentation. Match the desk and chair arrangement to the people using the pod.
Offer a bookable individual workspace alongside open desks. Clear session lengths help several colleagues make use of the same pod during the day.
A closer look
The Workstation is designed around individual desk-based use. Try the full setup with a laptop, notes and everyday accessories to judge whether it suits your working style.
MEAVO’s Comfort Package combines a monitor, camera, microphone, speakers and office chair. It is an option: confirm the equipment and its compatibility before including it in your brief.

Configuration & specifications
Start with your preferred working setup, then decide whether to use your own equipment or the optional Comfort Package. A shared pod needs to work for different users, so consider chair adjustment, screen position and how easily someone can plug in and start. Review the furniture as one complete workstation.

From shortlist to office
Check seat adjustment, knee room and screen distance with the equipment in place. A comfortable demonstration should reflect the tasks and session lengths you expect.
Agree network access, meeting software and cable connections before choosing equipment. Check that colleagues can use the setup without a complicated changeover.
Include access for cleaning and servicing in the layout. Ask how parts, equipment support and any future relocation would be handled.

Explore our buying guidesThe Workstation is a seated, single-person focus pod intended for longer video calls and concentrated work. Compare the internal desk and chair space with a phone booth if you expect people to spend more than a short call inside.
MEAVO offers an optional Comfort Package with conferencing equipment and an office chair. Do not assume that the accessories shown in a photograph are included in the base configuration. Check the itemised specification for your quote.

It provides an alternative setting for individual work, but suitability depends on the person, equipment and length of use. Include the pod in your workplace’s workstation assessment rather than assuming an enclosed space automatically suits every user.
